Whether it's one of our special 'Father and Son' weekends, a birthday treat, weekend break with friends, or simply a cosy bed and breakfast stay, we'll make the most of your stay with us.

If you're here with us on a fishing weekend, we can put together a personalised itinerary for you, and as always with our guests, you can do as much or as little as you like.

You don't even need to drive - we have many visitors from the City who jump on a train at London Bridge or Victoria, weekend bag packed, to be met by us 45 minutes later at Haywards Heath station. Arrive at a warm and welcoming Old Cottage, with log fire burning, and the prospect of two days of wonderful fly fishing ahead. We can also arrange one of our popular private falconry sessions, or any of the other attractions that we offer. The way that you spend your weekend with us is entirely up to you.

Breakfast is locally sourced (we use mostly organic produce), and brought to the cottage from the main house at a time of your choosing. Lunch is a lovely hamper of meats, cheeses, salad and a hot option. We have some superb suggestions for evening meals - click on 'cuisine' for further details.

Our fly-fishing weekend package includes:

Train station transfers, accommodation, full English breakfast (or a continental alternative), hamper lunch, use of full fly fishing kit, fly fishing tuition and guiding, all licenses and fishery permits, 4WD transport and dedicated team member who will transport and guide you for the weekend, and many other activities and attractions,

Corporate days and weekends.
A popular corporate day is a day's fly-fishing, with breakfast, tuition, lunch and competition trophies. We try and make the day fun, as well as instructive. We can also arrange weekends for yourself or clients, with accommodation based at Old Cottage. As well as the Cottage itself, we can also open up the main house for you to provide a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms. If your party is larger, we can arrange more rooms at the nearby Birch Hotel in Haywards Heath, which is only a one minute drive from the house.
